QAA Terms and Conditions


All orders are shipped C.O.D. or pre-paid, unless proper account has been established. Open accounts are invoiced NET 30. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18%annually) will be added to any overdue amounts after 30 days. A $20 service fee will be charged for any returned checks. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Custom/Special Orders:

QAA is happy to fill custom or special orders. These include: trim specialty made to the customer’s specifications, trim made from non-standard materials such as gold, brushed black or brushed stainless; trim with pre-applied graphics; and any non-stock trim item. Custom / special orders are not returnable and may require minimum purchases. Contact your sales rep with your special needs.

Replacement Pieces:

Individual replacement pieces, excluding warranty items, are subject to a $20 minimum charge; shipping charges are additional. Please allow 2 weeks for replacement.

Inspect All Orders:

Shortages or errors in shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims for damage in shipment should be made by the purchaser or the carrier or UPS. Notify carrier and QAA within 5 business days of any damages.

Returning Merchandise:

To receive credit or exchange for merchandise you must do the following: Contact a QAA sales representative for a Return Authorization. You will be given an RA Number. Pack up item(s) to be returned carefully and securely. Enclose a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. Mark RA Number clearly on the outside of shipping box. Prepay shipping charges back to QAA Once the returned merchandise is received and examined, all valid claims will receive a credit or an exchange. No cash refunds will be given.

Product Warranty:

Quality Auto Accessories, Inc. warranties all manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. QAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in QAA’s published installation instructions included with each kit. QAA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original cost of the item.

QAA will also warranty imported products for 1 year from the original purchase date (with receipt); exclusions may apply.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, collision, improper installation, car wash damages, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other than normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Quality Automotive Accessories, Inc.
