Q: General Shipping Information
QAA ships our products via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Orders will only be fulfilled during QAA's normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST.;
All orders will typically leave our facility within 1-3 business days; excluding certain items, special orders and special requests.

Q: Custom/Special Orders
Working on a project? QAA is happy to fulfill custom or special orders! Custom orders can include: trim specially made to the customer's specifications; trim made from non-standard materials such as gold, brushed black or brushed stainless; trim with pre-applied graphics; and any non-stock trim item, and many more!
Custom cut special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and may require minimum charges.

Q: Payment
All orders will ONLY ship order that are pre-paid; should you need C.O.D (cash on delivery) please contact QAA via phone to discuss options. A $20 service fee will be charged for any returned checks/charges.
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal purchases.
Q: Please Inspect All Incoming Orders
Occasionally shipment errors occur. Such shortages or errors in shipments should be reported to QAA within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Claims for damage in shipment should be made by the purchaser, or by the carrier; USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Notify carrier and QAA within 7 business days of any damages.
Q: Replacement Pieces
QAA can offer replacement pieces for specific kits made in-house.

Q: QAA's Product Warranty
Quality Auto Accessories, Inc. warranties all manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. QAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in QAA's published installation instructions included with each kit. QAA's maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges.
QAA will also warranty imported products for 1 year from the original purchase date (with receipt); exclusions may apply.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, collision, improper installation, car wash damages, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other than normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Quality Automotive Accessories, Inc.

Q: QAA's Return Policy
Quality Automotive Accessories takes pride in providing high quality products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes returns or replacements are needed, and we offer a fair return policy to satisfy these changes. To begin the process for a return, please call either our main phone line or your sales representative directly to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Authorized Returns may be addressed to Quality Automotive Accessories, 45 Power Road, Westford, MA 01886
All returns MUST include an RMA number assigned by your sales representative or may not be eligible for credit. Once a return is approved, you will be sent an RMA form that should be affixed to the outside of your package. Credits are processed at the end of each week and refunds are never given in cash. All products returned to Quality Automotive Accessories must be undamaged and in resalable condition to be eligible for credit.
All returns are subject to restocking fees.
Please note that we do not accept returns for special cut parts in any situation!
Customers are solely responsible for the safe shipping of returning merchandise. Please make sure to add extra packaging and mark your shipping box if necessary. Products returned to QAA damaged or installed (ie. 3M tape or protective film layer removed) will not be credited. Once again, if your product is received damaged or defective, or if there is an error with the order, Quality Automotive Accessories Inc MUST BE informed within 7 days of delivery to assist in repair or replacement. After 7 days the product will be considered damaged by the receiver and will follow our refund policy above.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
