Returns Policy
Quality Automotive Accessories takes pride in providing high quality products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes returns or replacements are needed, and we offer a fair return policy to satisfy these changes.
To begin a return, please call our main phone line or your sales representative directly to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back.

Q: Return window
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Q: How to start a return

Call (800) 343-8329 or contact your sales representative to request an RMA number. RMA requests are processed within 2 business days.

Once approved, you will receive an RMA form to affix to the outside of your package. All returns MUST include the RMA number or may not be eligible for credit.

Q: Return shipping costs
Customers are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. QAA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Q: Restocking fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund or credit amount.
Q: Condition of returned items
All products returned to Quality Automotive Accessories must be undamaged, uninstalled, and in resalable condition to be eligible for credit. Products returned with 3M tape removed, protective film removed, or signs of installation will not be credited.
Q: Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, credits are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refunds are not issued in cash.
Q: Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, QAA must be notified within 7 days of delivery at (800) 343-8329 or info@qaausa.com. After 7 days, the product will be considered damaged by the receiver. In eligible cases, QAA will arrange repair, replacement, or a return label at no cost to the customer.
Q: Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Custom cut or special order parts

Items that have been installed (3M tape or protective film removed)

Items that have been bent or scratched BE CAREFUL!

Damaged of Bent uninstalled items

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
